Tai Chi Chuan sunset short form practices Wu style

Since 1993 if i remember correct, i dont count how many sunsets find my self practice at forms of the beautiful art of tai chi chuan, but numbers not matter. The quality, balance and back to the my center that gives me in life my practices of tai chi chuan is the most wonderful thing. Nearly three decades of practices feel like beginning yesterday, repeat same movements again and again feeling like new every time start the form. Finally i like to share with you this few words of Ma Yueliang ''There is no mystique to Tai Chi Chuan. What is difficult is the perseverance.
